The item was packed very well, even the charger had a plastic cover at the tip of the cable. MacBook Air was in very good condition. No noticable issues with screen or exterior or keyboard. The machine booted up nicely, and I started using it & use it on the train during my commute. I give the seller 10 out of 10 and feel 100% confident if need to buy from them again.

I saw maybe one or two slight (and almost imperceptible) scuff marks, which detracted not in the least from its appearance. About all I needed to do was to give it a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth. The keyboard and screen were both in excellent condition. It was an excellent value for the price. The included charger was of excellent quality.
