I contacted the seller and got an amazing response. They are sending me a new tin for free and they are going to make sure its not done up too tight. Talk about going the extra mile bless them. The products they sell are of the best quality my cats were ripping open the package as soon as it came through the door. I loved the complimentary cat toy too. I will be a customer for life.
