You hear the AC running but no cold air blowing out except you put it in Max. This is the problem I bought this item to correct in the first place. After a while, especially if you turn the AC off for some time, the low speeds (1 & 2) start working again. I didn't bother to contact the seller because, even if the seller replaces it, I have to pay another installation fee to the store that will install it
