In my particular case, they were seemingly too strong because they would actually slam the trunk door as I lift up the trunk. At some point they get some traction and if I don't hold the trunk lid it slams up. Overall I'm satisfied but I wonder if another brand would not do this. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing in the long run, but I have to make sure that I hold my trunk as it goes up otherwise it slams. Fast shipping.

I'm not too worried about it. I hope it's a sign of quality. I installed these on a 2019 Infiniti Q50. There's a little trick to installing them, just YouTube it. Just so you don't assume that they don't fit because they do, but they're going to seem like they're a little bit too long. But you have to get around that by compress the shock anyway you can do it.

It was very close but 1/4” too short which was enough to make it unusable for me. The seller responded immediately and refunded the total amount quickly. It was a great price compared to what Infiniti charges, I was sorry that they were a smidgen too short.
