I didn't contact the seller as I figured it was a shipper delay or something may have happened on their end. I than got a notice from eBay of the delay and new delivery eta. A heads up sooner would have been nice, but I'm patient. It's a great product otherwise. My kid loves it since it's movable and fairly sturdy. Sorry for the mess in the pic. Kids 😂
