We received our catalytic converter which was supposed to be for our vehicle, but the flange was incorrect, not our fault. Seller stopped communication when we asked for help. This was a costly transaction for us which will not do again with this seller.

I refused the package three times, at which time the seller said it would be returned to him by UPS. I just got a bill from UPS for the same. What's going on? The "fees" were a bit more than the item, and my payment to the seller included shipping costs.
