Seller initially shipped it with insurance but I was not home to receive it so it got sent back to the seller. Then the seller shipped it back to me again free of charge!! I asked seller to fix the issue and send the correct laptops and once confirme delievry of correct laptops, I can send back the wrong items which gives me security. Buthe wanted me to ship the wrong items back before sending the correct ones. Already wasted so much time and seller had no urgency fix issue! Has no sense of whats going apparently with what being sent out and whats being listed for sale. I tried to fix the issue and ship the correct ones out but he didn't want to ship the wrong ones until he receives the right ones. So like this I'm not covered by Ebay if he has both item and don't ship the wrong ones out I'll be losing I went out of my way to ship them out when he said that he will ship them out once he receives the correct ones. I told him to open a return request but this buyer was super rude and really was not worth getting scam
