I have used the handles twice since I received them. Installation is simple. For convenience, I leave the rings on the bar when not using the handles by sliding the rings out to the sides. This way, I do not have to put the rings on and off, which could be a PITA. The handles are sturdy and do the job. I am happy with them.

The only thing I should say is if anyone is buying this for an Olympic bar, keep in mind it will only attach to the bar shaft and not the collar area. So bands and chains will be on the inside of the collars. Depending on rack width that might be an issue. Other than that, looks great, feels great, and goes on quick. It’s a cool and innovative solution for a lot of things.

I immediately threw them on my Olympic barbell and did safety bar style squats. It felt amazing. I expected it might feel awkward because my bar wasn’t cambered and I didn’t have a safety bar style shoulder pad, but it felt perfectly fine. I’m also absolutely happy with the craftsmanship. 10/10 seller and manufacture. I will gladly be buying more products in the future.
