The parts are as described and they posted them quickly, but amazon delivery let them down. When delivered the bag was split open and the parts were missing, the driver took it back. The next day they re-delivered them. The item was nicely packed but when opened one of the parts was missing. I did not contact the supplier as I only needed one of them, other was going to be a spareTap Valve Compression Gland Insert 1/2" BSP 20 Teeth (Nr. 154998124914)
- 1***j (640)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufThe item i received is good quality and I am happy with it, the only issue is that in the picture it showed the tap cartridge also being included, but it was not with the delivery and when i contacted the seller they said it was not part of the sale. Not the end of the world, i had to buy a cartridge from another supplier and to be honest i would probably not have bought this item if i had known the cartridge was not included.

I'd advise everyone to AVOID NES LIKE THE PLAGUE though. Faulty shower valve meant I had to order this from eBay. No phone number for Nes, an email that they take 24hrs to reply to. Extra day labour for the builder as well as another pack of tiles as it's concealed. Nes customer service as helpful as a blind guide dog. Asking for video proof of the fault, provided twice and refusing refund.
