We kindly asked buyer to return the power adapter, but we also explained she had to pay for return shipping because it was her mistake. Buyer refused to return item at her cost. Buyer then left us this message as if it was our fault because we did not know the power adapter would not fit her laptop.

The packaging was amazing I didn't realize how heavy these things are compared to my z440. Shipping was great and there was an issue with my unit and they were able to replace it so definitely a seller here you can trust and it's a great value for what I paid considering what they would go for originally depending on your configuration.
