Charges a battery but it only uses 2 of the available 4 battery connectors. This means it's not monitoring temperature and it's not able to monitor inter-battery balances. It's only measuring power input and power output. I'm afraid of it. I'm discarding it. I could be wrong but a lithium fire is a terrible thing. I'm opting for safety so I'm not using it. Thanks ☺
