Most of the pages had no page numbers, so the table of contents was worthless. Only 19 of the recipes were for the Instant Pot; the rest were conventionally cooked. There were no photos of the food. Worst of all, the nutrition information didn't list the calories! That's the single most important piece of data that you want to know about a recipe, when you're trying to lose weight!
