I have tried to reach out twice and have no response. Next is to ask for a refund i guess. The running boards are nice, and what i ordered. No replies from the seller as to if the item has even shipped, even after several attempts to contact over several weeks. They only responded after I contacted Ebay to help. The seller's response after Ebay was involved was to ask me for measurements of my vehicle. Their listing was for a product that supposedly fit my make and model.
