Seller did awesome job of packing (glass mugs) and it was a good thing because the outside of the box looked like they dragged it behind the truck. Arrived quickly considering it was ground disadvantage and I was pleasantly surprised based on my previous experiences. This was a positive experience but I wish sellers would offer other options for shipping even at a cost as us ps service is usually poor and their rates are going up.
