Promptly shipped and arrived relatively quick considering it went half way around the world (Australia Eastern USA). Might suggest adding some packaging inside the original box around the watch to prevent it from freely moving around inside. No issue in this case, watch was fine. Just something I’ve seen before that may help in the future. The original box came in great shape inside the shipped box
