Indeed the title is misleading as the recipes are not for electric skillets, with no temperature instructions. Also, it is a USA publication, with measurements and temperature information in the limited references are USA without any conversion to metric or imperial. Largely a waste of time . Unfortunately, I have not found a definite, dedicated Electric skillet cookbook which does not have all the shortcomings of this book. Very disappointed.

The only slight downside was that it took quite a bit longer to be delivered. I ordered 4 CD's at the same time. The 1st 3 were delivered on time but this one took about 5 days extra. It's no bother to me but a message would have been nice to explain the situation. I would still buy from this seller again.
