Didn't come with instructions but it's pretty easy to figure out. The switch feels great, the lamp covers feel great, and all for a good price. Comes with everything you need. I personally didn't need the mounting brackets but everything fits up perfect. A++++

I initially used the wrong payment method and was promptly refunded. The shipping only took 3 or 4 days granted I'm probably a hour and a half away but arrived pretty fast. Packing was solid and the brackets,screws and tape were were inside as advertised.
