They came taped shut with a carry bag inside with the headphones. The seller immediately offered a refund or replacement. I chose replacement. Once the new ones arrived I noticed the box not taped shut and there were two carry bags inside. I then tried them on only to find not only was there also the ticking but only one side worked. I no faith to try another pair.
