    The seller is excellent! It arrived quickly and safely, for a very good price. The book itself is interesting, although it keeps repeating the same theme: one cannot learn unless one admits mistakes. All true, and Mr. Syed shows shocking examples (especially in healthcare) where this has tragic results. The airline industry (hence the blackbox title) has learned, and airline safety has improved as a result.
