It's only a feww years old and it was sold as unopened and brand new.

I contacted them about it and they did not even deny they knew, their response was "This is a stock product from many years ago. The box has been opened, but the item is not damaged". They were sold as new products although they are pre-owned/returned or whatever. One box has shelfware, one figure has a damaged part, and both figures were in a opened box and opened accessoires bag. This is not how to treat cstmrs
