The condition was ‘new’, so that was awesome. The value of this item is that takes an iPad and makes it into a small laptop. And as with all Logitech products it looks great, works as it should and fits my 2nd Gen iPad Pro 12.9” perfectly. Hope this one lasts longer than my last one. The keypad on my old one still worked. The separate back with kick stand broke when knocked of of my music stand.

Packaging had no damage, so this happened before shipping. Seller didn't accept the return, but did give me $2 to get a replacement case... Still pretty upsetting though since this can't really be displayed as planned unfortunately. Still giving 4 stars though since they at least tried to make it right in the end
