It was wrapped and packaged well and I was pleased that the price was so reasonable, it is definitely a good value. The condition is great because it is a brand new bottle. Communication was good with seller and I would recommend her to anyone. The serum shipped quickly to my home. If I get good results from the serum I may be ordering more from this seller.

First the seller said the package was returned to them, which USPS showed as handed to the customer, and the seller said nothing until I contacted them. Then, after confirming the address, I asked them to mail it out quickly, as I had a pressing deadline. They decided to go with UPS Ground. From Florida to Arizona. Really? Deadline missed. I will not deal with this seller again.

About 2 weeks the charging dock on one of the two charging docks i purchased just gave up and fell inside the unit. I contacted this seller about warranty/defect issue and they sent me a replacement for the one dock i had the issue with. The package arrived extremely fast in about 1 business day and was given two whole brand new units even though the issue was with the charging dock. I extremely appreciate the attention and support given by them.
