A box was cut to fit the exact size of the vehicle I purchased, with no padding, bubble wrap, nothing to protect it. It did arrive intact. But it smelled of mildew, has staining from mouse feces and urine inside of it. Good price and shipped fast, but I am not happy how it was shipped or the filthy condition. I didn't contact the seller as I wasn't interested in a return/refund. I am not happy that I have to sanitize it before giving it to my child. Poor selling practices
