The seller made multiple attempts to fix this but was not successful in getting my pipe back from the other recipient. Seller offered to send me two more pipes for free. In the end, the seller provided me a refund and let me keep the first package I received by mistake. I felt this was very fair and appreciate the effort to fix the issue. Good communication, thanks
