Firstly, I ordered 4 books from them and there was no option for combined shipping so I had to pay shipping for each book. The 4 books I ordered were listed in Like New condition. 3 of the books were borderline Like New and the 4th was in Acceptable condition at best. It was beat up and there was what looked like mold on one corner of the book pages. Customer service was terrible to deal with and couldn't reach a resolution. Not impressed.
