This book addresses the cyclical nature of grief with personal stories as well as corporate and national ones. You can move past remarkable loss. It doesn't have to cripple you forever., We all have grief and loss in common. It might be varying in degree, but we share grief and loss on a personal scale and are affected by events such as Enron that touch the marketplace and 9/11 that shook our nation to the core. Grief is cyclical in nature, not just a "one time through" and we are finished. Too often, we can get stuck in one of grief's stages and never make it all the way through the process and into healing. This is pathological grief: grief that occurs when a loss happens to such a degree that the person cannot come to a place of acceptance where life can continue. This book addresses those stages with personal stories as well as national ones we can all recognize and relate to. You can move past remarkable loss. It doesn't have to cripple you forever.

Was missing the cd as listed but communication with the seller was friendly and polite if not a little confusing - partial refunds are only offered after you start the formal eBay return request process, they aren't capable of giving refunds after simple messaging to customer service. All in all though, great value and a positive transaction. Would interact again 👍

Other than the damage, the book was as described, the quality and condition aside from the damaged spot was like new. The cost of the book was reasonable. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.
