I did not see the note about the incompleteness, thus had notified him the items were incomplete and he made them complete after asking for a photo of the missing parts. Due to the large number of mounting plates styles, I often sell the hinges without mounting plates. Often people have the plates, but the hinge itself breaks. In this case, I just happened to have the one you needed, so it all worked out.
