"This is the most congenial history of Catholic thought one could ever hope to find. On every page, I found some new connection to be made or an intriguing insight to be savored."  -Phyllis Tickle, author,The Divine Hours, "For Catholics who have forgotten, or never discovered, treasured books of their own tradition, Don Brophy deserves applause for his brief but knowing introductions to a hundred of them." --Kenneth L. Woodward, author, Making Saints, "This is the work of a man who loves both books and the Catholic tradition. Don Brophy speaks to head and heart in this gentle guide to Catholic books, with choices both classic and surprising." -Jane Redmont, author,When in Doubt, Sing, "For Catholics who have forgotten, or never discovered, treasured books of their own tradition, Don Brophy deserves applause for his brief but knowing introductions to a hundred of them."  -Kenneth L. - e***- (122)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufUnfortunately I received a damaged book, the item and the package both were damaged and it was clearly evident its appearance that it happened during transit. The seller was very understanding and gave me a full refund for the damaged book, though it was no fault of their own. Other than the damage, the book was as described, the quality and condition aside from the damaged spot was like new. The cost of the book was reasonable. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.
- 7***j (862)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufI recently purchased an item from this eBay seller, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the prompt communication to the fast shipping, everything was handled with utmost professionalism. The item arrived exactly as described and was well packaged to ensure its safety during transit. The seller was courteous and responsive, making the entire transaction smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.
- 2***4 (2351)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufI buy books from this seller all the time. The books are extremely affordable. Every once in a while there's an issue but more often than not, the outcome is positive. Packaging is just a thin sleeve with no bubble protection. This leaves the books open to damage in shipping. However, the seller ships for free. Book was actually in better condition than described - a nice surprise & greatly appreciated!! 👍 Thank you very much, seller!! I'll be back with another order!! 😀
