In fact it was a little too prompt, as I had not yet put in a claim for not receiving the item. This derailed the automatic refund that comes with a claim for a missing item. Both the seller and ebay agent I spoke to were very helpful in obtaining the remaining portion of my refund. While I had to source the item from another seller, I would buy from this seller again.
