The packaging was very good with plenty of crushed paper packing material to cushion the guitar. The strings were detuned about a step and a half to relieve the tension. The guitar works perfectly. The downside is the shipping costs seemed high and the shipping time was slower than expected (especially for the cost). Overall the transaction was excellent and the seller is highly recommended.
