I absolutely appreciate their transparency. The price was fantastic and they were very responsive about questions and possible price negotiations. The laptop was received just as the pictures online and it was double bubble wrapped for shipping. The laptop was well priced though I would say it was a bargain compared to other similar laptops I had researched. I would recommend this team to my mother.
