The box was not the original box that the figurine had come in and there was no tag - I can no longer access the original listing to see if this was made clear - so I can't definitively say that the item is "new," but it arrived undamaged and in excellent condition, so the price was fair. The flash was broken, but not to worry, it can be glued and will still look fantastic! This is going to be a prop in a theatre show, and the director likes it very much, as do I!
