I do not believe this was the seller's fault as it appears logistics partner (BUYA.COM) failed to place the package with UPS the first time resulting in a week delay in shipping.

I am not joking when I say I could have handed the box to Ray Guy's ghost and had him punt it down the street and I know the lens would have been usable.
