With visuals that call to mind the distinct LEGO aesthetic we’re all familiar with – particularly when it comes to those little yellow figures – LEGO Jurassic World for PS3 combines something fun and childlike with creatures that are both menacing and terrifying. This results in some incredibly satisfying gameplay, giving this intense dino world a LEGO makeover and allowing you to enjoy all the thrills firsthand. The LEGO video game franchise is popular for providing a kid-friendly version of dark stories, such as LEGO Batman. In this game for PS3, the jumps and scares of Jurassic World are made easier to face when constructed by LEGO bricks. Explore Isla Sorna and Isla Nublar right out of the "Jurassic Park" and "Jurassic World" films as you work to populate and control the dinosaur theme park. Just like Doctor Hammond’s initial experiment, you’re able to collect amber (made of out LEGO here) and extra dinosaur DNA to bring the breathtaking prehistoric creatures to life yourself. You can even customize and create your own dinosaurs like the Dilphosaurus Rex. As you’re put in charge of these islands, you’ll try your best to keep the dinosaurs safely in their paddocks as you engage in a number of exciting Free Play missions. One of the most exciting features of this PS3 game is that you can turn the tables and actually play as a dinosaur yourself. Whether you want to explore the terrain as a friendly Triceratops, terrorize the staff as a ferocious Raptor or stand tall as the mighty T. rex, leading a rampage of dinosaurs through Jurassic World is a truly thrilling experience. Throughout your endeavors, you’ll have the opportunity to play through recreated scenes ripped straight out of the movies.
