I had ordered the same chair from another seller from a different webpage. It never made it to my home. This is the reason I found this seller and purchased it.

Item was exactly as described , 7 or 8 dollars cheaper than any other vendor selling this product. The best thing was communication and shipping. I recieved my reel in 3 days. I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. Although for some reason the tracking info showed that the package was shipped untracked. Other than that, I received the item sooo fast!
