Only found out after paying that it was a returned item. I tired convincing them that I didn’t pay for a second hand item, and was responded with them trying to convince me that it’s in a perfect condition, On top of that, it was missing a crucial part (flange) so I couldn’t even install it. Terrible experience overall, felt misled and scammed. Avoid!!

No communication until ebay involved and then an acknowledgement of a problem. I know I'm not the only one that has had issues so I don't understand all the positive feedback. Very misleading.
