The piston was unusable as it was, however, flaconglobal had a replacement in the mail within 30 minutes of me reporting the issue.

Very nice packaging and the send off was simultaneous with my payment. I am about to complete my next purchase from Falcon. International shipping is a concern for all of us. This is the government´s fault. Like a lot of other stuff we are dealing with these days. So purchase in a timely manner and anticipate two months´shipping time if you are outside the continental US. Still a perfect experience. Next deal now.
