When Evri mucked up the delivery of my package, kettkesboiled immediately sent me a replacement. Evri have still not resolved my missing original package even after falsely claiming it was left in a non-existent shed and sending a photo of the package outside somebody else s front door. Took a bit longer to be dispatched and arrive than initially stated but it’s absolutely fine. Happy to receive my favourite tea flavour cos it’s discontinued in the supermarkets! Communication from this seller, including a really nice packaging note on the inside of the box is some of the best I have ever seen on e-bay. Condition of all 5 boxes of tea was immaculate, representing great value for money. Well worthy of all 5 stars!
