It's a rebuilt carb using a mixture of im guessing used refurbished bowl parts and new aftermarket upper parts, as indicated by the multiple types of metal. Due to the way its packed the included hoses have crimped shut and have to be cut back and reinstalled. Not a big deal but not ideal. Marked positive due to a rare complete part and fast handling. Subpar part, but understandably so. Not new and not OE, - rebuilt. Seller should update description. Still satisfied.
