The buyer has tried to cancel the sale . Then the buyer requested a return. Both of which were denied. Now they are claiming they received a fake, which is not true. I sell only authentic items as my store shows. I do NOT condone the selling of counterfeit items.They claimed it was not the same item in the pictures, yet the pictures they sent are of the same item! Now they are asking for a full refund without returning the polish! SCAMMER!!!
