If I set the volume to medium the volume cuts out and there is a lot of static. I can faintly hear the music playing. This purchase is only 18 days old. I spent 2 weeks loading and cataloging my music to it. So they offered me a discount on one of the ones they had in stock (that worked lol). Lovely group of guys. I am so thankful to have stumbled across them. I love my new Ipod Nano and its in LOVELY condition. It's so pretty. I love it so much.
