After multiple drops and my phone never being damaged, the cover started to chip in spots (my fault for the multiple drops). This one is even thicker and tougher than the old one, almost too tough. In the beginning, it was very difficult to take a screenshot or answer calls using the buttons. After a few weeks though, it's getting a little easier. I was hoping that after a break-in period, it would get better. I think it has.

However, the packaging could definitely be improved. It was just placed in a FedEx bag that arrived partially open, and I could actually see the contents when I received it. Considering it was an international shipment, it was a miracle it didn’t get lost on the way. I still recommend this seller, but please take a bit more care to protect
