This is the content of that email: Well, we followed the instructions to a T, and it did not go well at all. The directions say the wrap will not stick until you apply pressure, but it did and it peeled the paint right off the tailgate! Now we will need to get the paint fixed and order another wrap to have professionally installed. Very disappointed in this endeavor.��I have photos I can send via email, but they would not upload here.

I am awaiting response about sending the correct item and listing as Neutral rather than negative pending the resolution of the mistake by the seller. Unfortunately, I won't have the item I ordered in time for a parade due to the mistake.
