When it came it was packaged very nicely. I ran the typical SMART test on it to see if there was anything wrong with it - there wasn't. For the price, these HDDs are great for my home server/NAS. The drive was in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
