A parcel was sent on time, good contact with the seller, needs to fill up some form regarding what is in the parcel for ebay. From the seller's side I do not have any issue, the only duty thing is late my delivery so positive feedback for the seller. Very Good dry food for dogs, my dog loves it.

Although shipping costs seem high, it was a large item, and arrived by FedEx in 7 working days from Poland. With their great pricing, it still worked out cheaper than ordering from the UK, as it’s not widely available. Great service, A***** !

Thankfully I got a immediate reply from them on that day stating that I had been issued a full refund for the order no issues whatsoever, very pleased with the service and that they were willing to refund me without any problems.
