I’ve been collecting for 20 years. Issue: Blurry image, wrong card stock and face side printed on both sides. There is an approx 2-5% defect rate in mtg print runs. Some sets come through with much higher defect rates (I had a box of Lost Caverns where every rare in the box was missing the gloss layer, as an example). I try hard to exclude these cards, or mark them as defective, but sometimes things slip through. I apologised and refunded.
