I sent both to the seller requesting that my credit card be refunded and the provide a return ship label. The seller has declined and wrote that my actions are abusive. ONE: The product I ordered was not delivered. TWO: in is irrational and poor service not to remedy the situation as requested. THREE: The credit card company is now involved.
