The bubble wrap smelled like cigarettes, which was slightly off-putting, but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

First was DOA (which can even happen with new) and getting it swapped out was as simple as emailing them the symptoms. New one seems to run fine and is happily serving as a drive to house backups. 16tb for this price is hard to argue with and even the initial hiccup was pretty minor.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.
