This is standard practice across the industry, as there are many factors outside our control after installation (such as handling, fitment, tuning setup, and vehicle condition). Once fitted, spark plugs cannot be resold or reused for safety and quality reasons.

Has went beyond and somehow managed to get everyone to do it quicker and I received the intake within 3 weeks. Haz staff were very helpful and informed me of potential delays straight after purchase and offered to let me cancel if I wasn’t prepared to wait which was a nice touch. Needless to say I researched and saw delays everywhere and stayed with Haz and they delivered. Kudos to you and your team.
