Upon delivery of package, I noticed I overpaid $6 for shipping based on eBay‘s rates. When a seller overcharges for shipping, they pocket the overage upon purchase of the label. I reached out and politely asked for the overage to be credited back to my account, and the seller admitted they intentionally overcharged to cover their business overhead. Then threatened to leave negative feedback if she didn't get a refund. We do not submit the shipping costs, we only include the size of the box & weight and eBay calculates the shipping. She complimented the packing ( I received my order today and love my bear so much. You packaged beautifully and your catalogue and care guide was a beautiful touch) and then started a return as defective.
